Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services available through the ad888 platform, including but not limited to: cricket betting, live casino games, slots, crash games such as Aviator, and any promotional offers or loyalty rewards. They apply to all registered users of the ad888 platform, regardless of the device or method used to access the platform.

ad888 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the responsibility of the User to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the ad888 platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility Requirements

Use of the ad888 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of these requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis for as long as your account remains active.

• You are at least 21 years of age. ad888 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
• You are registering and using the platform in a personal capacity only, and not on behalf of any third party, business, or organisation. Commercial or syndicated use of the ad888 platform is expressly prohibited without prior written authorisation.
• You have provided accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your account information and to promptly notify ad888 of any changes to your contact details, mobile number, or payment methods.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, agent, contractor, or affiliate of ad888 or of any game provider, software supplier, or payment processor that supplies services to ad888. Persons with such relationships are not eligible to hold a player account or participate in promotions.
• You are not using the platform in any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of ad888 complies with the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of access.

ad888 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend access, or permanently close any account where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be verified to our satisfaction. In such cases, any balance remaining in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable internal policies and, where required by law, applicable legal requirements.

Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on the ad888 platform. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether in the same name, using the same mobile number, or using the same payment method — is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts. Any bonuses or winnings accumulated through duplicate accounts are forfeited.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. ad888 will never ask for your password via SMS, email, telephone, or any other channel. If you suspect that your credentials have been compromised, you must change your password immediately and notify ad888 support.
• All account activity conducted through your credentials — including bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and bonuses claimed — will be attributed to you and treated as authorised. ad888 accepts no liability for losses arising from the unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• ad888 may require account verification (KYC) at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following any flagged account activity. Verification may require submission of a valid national identity document, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that cannot be successfully verified may be restricted or closed.
• Players may request account closure at any time by contacting ad888 support. Upon closure, any pending bets will be settled in the normal course, and any remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method subject to standard verification requirements. What ad888 Stands For

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ad888 platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and any internal transfers — are subject to the following terms. All deposits must be funded from a payment source that belongs to the registered account holder. ad888 does not accept deposits from third-party sources or anonymous payment instruments.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of transaction. ad888 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits for individual accounts in accordance with responsible gaming obligations or fraud prevention requirements.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to fund the account, or to the player's verified primary payment method on record. ad888 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, unnamed accounts, or cryptocurrency wallets unless otherwise expressly stated in a specific product's terms.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Where verification has not been completed to our satisfaction, processing of withdrawal requests may be delayed until verification is satisfactorily resolved. Players are encouraged to complete account verification before placing their first withdrawal request to avoid unnecessary delays.
• ad888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladesh bank transfer services including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of individual payment methods may vary from time to time and is subject to change without notice.
• All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Where a currency conversion is required due to a game provider's base currency, the conversion will be applied at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction. Currency conversion costs, where applicable, are disclosed at the point of transaction.

ad888 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals processed via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. However, the payment service provider may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their published rates. Players are advised to check the fee schedule of their payment provider before initiating a transaction.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

ad888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside the relevant offer at the time of promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotional terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotional terms will prevail in respect of that promotion only.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each offer is stated in the specific promotional terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated time period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by the eligible player to whom they are offered. Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be sold, exchanged, or otherwise converted outside of their intended use. Each promotional offer may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise.
• ad888 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional credit where it reasonably suspects that the bonus has been claimed through misrepresentation, abuse of the promotional system, collusion, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new players only. A new player is defined as a person who has not previously held a registered account on the ad888 platform. Existing players who close their account and re-register are not eligible for new player welcome offers.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for a limited period as stated in the promotional terms. Any winnings generated from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ad888 platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, any associated winnings and balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, claim bonuses, or gain any advantage over other players or the platform itself.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, betting market, or tournament. This includes but is not limited to chip dumping in poker, coordinated betting in live casino games, or any form of match-fixing in sports betting markets.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, or assisting another person to do so, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing account limits, or evading a suspension or self-exclusion that has been applied to a previous account.
• Using the ad888 platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, identity theft, or any other criminal activity. ad888 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities and will report any activity that it reasonably suspects to be criminal in nature.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or misconfiguration in the platform to gain an advantage. Players who discover a technical error that may affect the integrity of games or balances are required to report it to ad888 support immediately and to refrain from further exploitation of the error.

ad888 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Detection of prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and permanent exclusion from the platform. ad888 reserves the right to pursue civil or criminal remedies where the nature of the prohibited conduct warrants such action.

Account Suspension and Termination

ad888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is ongoing; (b) the account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited purposes; (c) the player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification; (d) continuation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players; or (e) the account has been flagged by payment or fraud monitoring systems.

Where an account is suspended or terminated due to a breach of these terms, ad888 reserves the right to withhold any balance, bonus funds, or pending winnings held in the account pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a breach, those funds may be forfeited in their entirety. Where the investigation finds no breach, ad888 will endeavour to return verified funds to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Intellectual Property

All content available on or through the ad888 platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, game mechanics, graphical assets, logos, brand marks, text, data, user interface designs, and promotional materials — is the property of ad888 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the ad888 platform or its content without express prior written consent from ad888.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ad888 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to the following:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, whether caused by technical failure, scheduled maintenance, network outage, or any other cause within or outside the control of ad888.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the platform, including but not limited to odds data, game statistics, account balance displays, or promotional content, where such information contains an error or is displayed incorrectly due to a technical fault.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, even if ad888 has been advised of the possibility of such losses. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
